About Susan Stearns

Mrs. Stearns is currently attending Southern Illinois University where she is working on an Illinois LBSI teaching certification and a masters degree in Special Education. She works part-time as a graduate assistant to the WebCT administrator where she provides training in using WebCT to SIUC faculty and teaching assistants, troubleshoots student problems with WebCT accounts and courses, and writes custom web applications (perl / mysql) to assist the department.

Mrs. Stearns holds a masters degree in music from SIUC and a bachelors degree in music from Stetson University. In her free time, she teaches a few flute students in her home and servers as president of the Southern Illinois Flute Society.

Mrs. Stearns has worked for more than 7 years in the field of web development. In her free time, she enjoys designing websites for churches and other non-profit orginizations of which she is involved. Here are some links to websites designed by Mrs. Stearns:
